1) Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For mass production, our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per design. However, we understand that every wedding is unique. We offer low-MOQ trial orders and sample crafting to ensure your satisfaction before bulk production. Please contact us for a custom quote.
2) Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: We divide our timeline into two stages:
Sample Crafting: 3-7 working days after payment is received and the design file is confirmed.
Mass Production: 15-20 working days after sample approval.

3) Q: How can I make the payment?
A: We accept a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience:
Retail/Online Orders: PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
Wholesale/Corporate Orders: Bank Transfer (TT) or Trade Assurance Order.
4) Q: Do you offer customized and OEM services?
A: Absolutely. We specialize in personalized wedding cards and stationery. Whether you need full custom designs from scratch or OEM/White Label services for your own brand, our design team is here to bring your vision to life.
5) Q: Do you offer personalized printing? What kind of files do you accept?
A: Yes, we offer premium printing services including black ink, full-color, silver hot foil, and gold hot foil stamping. For the best print quality, we prefer vector files (AI, PDF, EPS). High-resolution (300 DPI) JPG/PNG files are also accepted. (Note: We do not recommend Word files as they may disrupt your layout and print quality.)
